Emerald Green Condo Association has employed EMT as a maintenance vendor for the past 8 years. We like the fact that they know our property, the homeowners and the different buildings. Our property consists of 246 units in 31 buildings.
When the maintenance team comes out after a call from a homeowner, they know how to isolate the problem and correct it in a timely fashion. The homeowners are pleased with the service and the courtesy of the team EMT offers advice on repairs that should be addressed in the future by the Board of Directors. EMT prices are in-line with comparable vendors.
I highly recommend EMT to other condo associations because they know how to undertake a repair leaving the board and homeowners pleased with their workmanship.
